Text message alerts (SMS)
Texts from FedSonar are optional. This page shows the text-message opt-in form exactly as signed-in users see it in account settings ("Text messages") and in the "Watch this notice" dialog. It's a public copy for review and doesn't save anything.
The opt-in form
The box is never pre-ticked. Consent is separate from sign-up, checkout and marketing emails. Sign-in by email code always works without texts.
What we text
- "Watch this notice" alerts: a short line when a watched notice changes (deadline moved, amendment posted, award posted). Up to 5 per number per day; anything beyond rolls into an email when something changes.
- No marketing texts.
- No sign-in by text. Sign-in is by email code only.

Stop texts or get help
- Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You get one message confirming it, then no more texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@fedsonar.com.

Text alerts are for US federal leads only: FedSonar sends no text messages about Canadian tenders. Canadian tenders: source CanadaBuys (open data).
